ØRates are valid only for Indian Nationals and specific nationalities; before confirming the bookings, please speak to our experts.

ØNakoda Travel House is engaged in organizing travel and holidays. It does not control or operate any airline, own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or other facility or service. Nakoda Travel House shall not be responsible for any delay or improper service provided by any agency, airline, transport, hotel, or any provider of services for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotel, airlines, shipping companies, coach owners /coach operators /tour operators who are Nakoda Travel House independent contractors. With or without the knowledge or default of the airline, agency, hotel

ØWe request all customers review travel warnings, announcements, advisories, and prohibitions issued by the relevant authorities and governments before confirming their international bookings with Nakoda Travel House. By offering travel products for destinations, Nakoda Travel House does not warrant that travel to such areas is advisable or without risk. Nakoda Travel House is not liable for damages or losses from travel to such destinations.

ØNakoda Travel House reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any holiday package without prior notice.

ØThe taxes mentioned in the holiday packages are subject to revision in case of any change.

ØAll the customers are strongly recommended to check and verify their booking thoroughly once they receive the e-mail confirmation from Nakoda Travel House. Feel free to contact our travel experts if there is any incorrect or incomplete information that needs to be altered or changed. Certain holiday package elements are non-refundable in case of any changes or amendments. Nakoda Travel House cannot be held responsible if the passenger does not notify inaccuracies within 24 Hours of sending out the booking confirmation.

ØThe images used in the holiday package on our website are for representational purposes only.

ØNakoda Travel House has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on its website during compilation. However, this information is supplied by authorized tour/cruise operators, accommodation, and other service providers in our travel packages. Nakoda Travel House accepts no responsibility for any inaccurate description or inaccuracy mentioned in the package or website. (comma instead of full stop)

 

Communication:

 

ØAny communication directed at the address or made through/on the contact details such as e-mail ID, cell phone/telephone no. /fax no. of the customer as disclosed in the booking communication or made to the travel agent through whom the customer has made the bookings with the company shall be deemed communicated to and received by the customer. The Company shall not be responsible for any error on the part of the mode of communication or the Travel Agent in this regard.

ØNakoda Travel House reserves the right to call you back at the contact number you shared on the website.

ØBy providing your personal information on our website or over the telephone to our travel experts, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by Nakoda Travel House. Some information and e-mails sent to Nakoda Travel House by customers may be used as testimonials, but no e-mail address or contact details will be displayed with the same.

 

Tour Policy:

 

ØAll services will be as per those specified/confirmed and paid for as per Service Vouchers. If you avail yourself of any service not included in the holiday package or get yourself upgraded, you will have to clear the payment for the same directly. Please note that porterage, tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charge, á la carte meals, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, paid toilets, etc. are not included unless specifically mentioned as included.

ØAll the holiday packages listed on Nakoda Travel House are mentioned with their hub cities. Passengers starting their tour from hubs other than those mentioned in the inclusion of the package may be required to pay a supplement cost to travel to and from the hub city.

ØAll international holiday packages are priced at an estimated Rate of Exchange (RoE). The passenger will be charged the RoE as per the date of payment of the holiday package.

ØAny change in airline fare, visa fees and taxes could change the final holiday package cost.

ØSingle passengers or passengers travelling in uneven numbers in a group must take a single room. In this case, the passenger needs to pay an additional cost. In case of fixed departures, if Nakoda Travel House is still looking for a companion for passengers in uneven numbers, an additional single-room supplement may be applicable.

ØUnder no circumstances shall Nakoda Travel House re-conduct a tour. No refund will be provided for the unutilized services.

ØPreponing or postponing a confirmed tour may result in supplement costs. (supplement cost or supplemental cost)

ØThe holiday package cost might fluctuate during peak dates due to festivals, holidays, or other high occupancy dates. (fluctuate heavily)

ØIn the case of holiday packages where the passenger has indicated a minimum number of passengers, any increase or decrease in the number of passengers may change the total holiday package cost.

 

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

 

ØPlease note that after the tour/ service cost is finalised, the same would be charged extra if there are any hikes in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges by the governing body or authority of a particular destination.

ØNakoda Travel House acts only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are subject to the terms & conditions under which they provide these services.

ØAll itineraries are sample itineraries intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors, such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants, etc., may dictate itinerary changes before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well-being.

ØOur rates are based on the prevailing rates we negotiate with the hotels, airlines, etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes, the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on the hotel’s usual check-in and check-out times unless indicated in the itinerary.

ØWe shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. ØWe shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. ØWe do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
