Payment Policy:

  • For all the services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid 30 days before departure commencement of the services. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.
  • Apart from the above, in some cases, like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resort bookings during the peak season (such as X-Mas, New Year, etc), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
  • Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.

Please Note: We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • In case of tour/travel services cancellation due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges will be as follows:

 

  • 45 days before arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
  • 30 days before arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
  • 15 days before arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
  • 07 days before arrival or No Show: No Refund

 

  • Note: Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days except Sundays; any cancellation sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday). (Any timing-related info needs to be mentioned?)
  • For the Xmas and New Year period from 20 December to 05 January, the payment is non-refundable & also during the significant blackout dates.
  • Duration required for processing refund requests are subject to vary. NTH shall refund your cancellation only after the respective Airline/Service Provider processes the same to NTH as per your eligible refund.
  • NTH will not be responsible for any flight reschedule/cancellations by the airline, but can assist in rescheduling the same for the customers.

If you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund will be restricted to a limited amount, depending on the amount we could recover from the hoteliers/contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, activities booked & missed meals, etc. We do not bear any responsibility for a refund.
